Welcome to the GVMS & ENS Platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
2. Definitions
- GVMS: Goods Vehicle Movement Service operated by HMRC
- ENS: Entry Summary Declaration required for goods entering the UK
- GMR: Goods Movement Reference issued by HMRC
- User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform
- Account: Your registered account on the Platform
3. Account Registration and Use
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Platform, you must create an account or be granted access by an administrator. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.3 Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through your account, including GMRs and ENS declarations, is accurate and complies with all applicable UK customs laws and regulations.
4. Service Description
4.1 Platform Functionality
Our Platform provides tools to:
- Create and submit Goods Movement Records (GMRs) to HMRC
- Prepare and file Entry Summary (ENS) declarations
- Track submission status and outcomes
- Manage multiple users and team access
- Store historical records of submissions
4.2 HMRC Integration
Our Platform integrates with HMRC's API services. We act as an intermediary but are not responsible for HMRC's processing, acceptance, or rejection of submissions.
4.3 Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control, including HMRC system outages.
5. User Obligations and Conduct
5.1 Compliance
You agree to:
- Comply with all UK customs laws and HMRC regulations
- Only submit accurate and truthful information
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Not interfere with other users' access to the Platform
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the Platform to submit fraudulent declarations
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and business data.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property

- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from HMRC's rejection or delay of submissions
- Consequences of user errors in data entry or submission
- Interruptions or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Inaccurate or fraudulent information submitted through your account
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account closure feature.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
